Knowing the importance of your password, we will get a new password to you as soon as possible. It’s preferable for users to change their passwords at the beginning of the week, and not before a long holiday, weekend, or break because IT will not be available to address your needs in a timely manner.
To streamline user credentials, your username will be the same for:
- Laptops / Wireless (firstname_lastname)
- Website / Google Apps (firstname.lastname@greenwoodcollege.com)
Google Apps is currently the only service at Greenwood that uses a different password.
