If you are experiencing these two issues:
- Email Signautre is missing or disappears
- your email address is added as a CC when you reply to emails
Follow these steps,
1. Open gmail in a browser
2. Click on the gear 
3. Choose See all Settings
4. Choose Accounts
5. Choose edit info next to your @greenwoodcollege.org email.
6. Under the Edit Email Address make sure the Treat as an Alias is checked.
7. Choose Save Schanges
8. Choose General
9. Scroll Down to Signature
10 Make sure under Signature defaults, for both @greenwoodcollege.org AND @greenwoodcollege.com addresses choose My Signature for both New Emails and Reply/Forward Emails.
11. Scroll down and click Save Changes
