Windows has a feature that allows you to lock or snap your windows to the sides of your computer screen. This allows multiple windows to be viewable simultaneously, enabling easier multitasking.
To do so, simply drag a window/tab/application to the far left or right of your screen until the side of the screen highlights indicating your selected window will be snapped.
Windows will then ask you which window/tab/application you would like to fill the other side of the screen with.
To adjust the sizing, hover in between the two windows until a double-headed arrow appears and drag to resize.
You can use the shortcut: Windows Key + Left or Right arrow keys to quickly snap a window, tab, or application to the left or right side of your screen.
