To sign a PDF 


1. Download the attachments to your computer first

2. Open the PDF in Adobe Pro (By chance, it is not on your laptop - IT can assist with getting it on your machine)

3. Click Tools (top tool bar) and Choose Fill & Sign (right side on app)

4. If this is the first time singing with a signature (only need to do once), complete the following: 

a. Click on pen image.png Sign
b. Click on the + and choose Add Signature
c. Either Draw or Type your Signature
d. Click Save

5. Choose pen image.png Sign (again)

6. Click on your signature and drag it to the area on the document that you want to sign.

7. Save document (click on the disk icon, top left)

8. Reattach to an email and send and/or print.
