Meet is fully integrated with G Suite, so you can join meetings directly from a calendar event, link, or email invite. Students will join automatically to your meeting!

1. In Calendar, click the event you want to join.
What if I do not have a Google Account? Non-G Suite customers can still join video meetings that they’re invited to and they don’t need the add-in to join. Users invited to the event will be required to enter their name before requesting to join. The event organizer needs to be present in the meeting to accept your invitation.
2. Click the Meet meeting link in an email.
3. In Meet, use a meeting code to join a current meeting.
