From time-to-time, the school's calendar link may stop working due to upgrades to our school's calendar or Google.  Follow these instructions, if you no longer see Greenwood events from your Google calendar.


1. Log into the main website to view the Calendar. On the calendar page there is a feed button 

2. Click on the image (top right side of calendar.

A. To add School Wide Calendar right click on School Calendars and copy the link

B. To add your Timetable right click on My Calendars and copy the link 

3. Follow the instructions below to learn how to copy the link either using "Copy the link address" (Windows) or "Copy URL" MacOS in Chrome.

a. Windows - Right click on the Entire Calendar (for School events) or My Calendar (for Timetable)

b. MacOS - Ctrl + click on the Entire Calendar (for School events) or My Calendar (for Timetable)

4. Go to Google Calendar

5. Next to Other Calendars choose "Add by URL"

6. Paste the link here


You should see new school events show in a minute. Here is a 40 sec. video on all of the above steps:


As a final step, if you need to remove an old calendar and rename the new ical calendar that you created. The calendar that needs renaming will appear as webcal://somethingrandom.   This can be accessed form the Google Settings page, from there you can change the name.
